City of Windsor Auditor General & Internal Audit
Currently we provide outsourced internal audit services to the Corporation of the City of Windsor and our founder is the appointed Municipal Auditor General. He has lead the services to the City of Windsor for over 10 years and overseen over 75 projects spanning all aspects of the municipal operations as well as the various agencies' boards and commissions. Regional Internal Audit Team
Our founder was the Acting Chief Internal Auditor for 10 local school boards for 7 years. In this role, he oversaw, executed and reported on over 75 various projects to the various Audit Committees.
Projects covered topics such as student enrollment, student well-being and safety, mental wellness, international enrollment, special education, student supervision (onsite and offsite), alternative programs review, communications, social media, procurement, payroll, school-generated funds, asset management, repairs & maintenance, departmental reviews, recruitment, digital learning, academic achievement, privacy, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, security administration, availability, cloud governance, etc.
Higher Education
Our founder was the Acting Chief Internal Auditor for a major Canadian University for 5 years and for a Canadian College for 2 years.

Our founder has lead US Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) readiness, remediation and assessment reviews for a wide variety of established and new filers covering all areas of scoping, planning, team development and training, risk/process/control assessment, remediation, automation/digitization, automated control evaluation, remediation and control weakness assessment. He has lead the rationalization and revamping of several SOX programs.
Clients in this space include 5 international technology companies, 2 financial institutions, 3 media/broadcasting entities, 1 global pharmaceutical company, a national iron/ore processor, a global automotive entity, an advanced manufacturing entity and 3 food/beverage producers and retail organizations.

Our founder has led SOC readiness and compliance reviews for business processes, cloud services, security operations centres and infrastructure reviews.
